The Green Smoothie Revolution!

Green smoothies are very easy to make with many variations; just take a banana, at a cup of water, some other fruit if available, add some greens to it, such as lettuce, spinach, broccoli; and then other vegetables if desired and blend it up. The blending opens up the cell walls allowing the chlorophyll into the juice and making digestion easier.
